Products from NESPER

We create solutions that go beyond standard products

10

We create solutions that go beyond mere standard products. Nesper focuses on complex products that push the boundaries of what is technically possible.
We advise and develop concepts with our partners that enable a cost effective product with tight tolerances – even with demanding geometries.

Punched parts

Nesper stampings are used in a variety of products such as switches, relays, circuit boards, contacts and magnet systems, as well as many other applications. These assemblies are used in automotive, household, entertainment, and telecommunications technology. Even the highest requirements, such as “Christmas trees,” “ needle eyes,” adjustment-free relay springs, and snap elements or complete switch mechanisms, are manufactured reliably within the narrowest tolerance ranges.

We shape progress on high-performance automatic punching presses with over 50 machines in Germany and 16 in the USA.

Press force capabilities from 10t-250t
Tool installation space up to 2,500 mm
Strip width up to 400 mm
Material thickness up to 5 mm

Various punching materials:

Aluminum, stainless steel, copper, copper alloys, RFE and steel alloys

A variety of stamping processes

In addition to stamping from endless strips, we are also experts in joining technology. During the production process, we add ceramic pins, rivets or thermally cut or turned contact pins and connect them to the stamped part. We also perform the joining of several strips using a TOX connection. If necessary and depending on the application, we can also carry out 100% inline measurement of your products. We produce stamped parts from small series to large series.

Hybrid technology

Another area of production at Nesper is the insert over-molding of stamped parts or assemblies. The fully automated systems allow maximum productivity. With integrated vision systems, 100% controlled quality is produced and packaged directly into the transport units desired by the customer. With this strategy, Nesper is able to compete internationally and place products competitively on the market.

Contact NESPER

Joining technology and assemblies

Joining of the already described components with one another, such as contact rivets with stamped parts, stamped parts with stamped parts, or the combination of a stamped part assembly with another supplied turned part, are techniques that Nesper has mastered. The processes used are versatile and adapted to the requirements of the final product. There are different forming techniques, as well as different soldering and welding processes available.

Contact rivets

Contact rivets offer ideal conditions for meeting the specific requirements of switching systems. They are the first choice when standard materials or “exotic” materials are used – for both small and very large quantities. Nesper has over 50 years of experience in the design, production and use of contact rivets. Using forming machines and tools developed and built in-house, we produce solid and clad contact rivets with the tightest tolerances at the limits of feasible dimensions. In addition to the standard shapes, we have been able to realize many special shapes that are tailored to specific applications.

Our portfolio includes:

Contact rivets form A, B, C and special shapes based on DIN 46239, 46240 and 46241. Solid rivets and bimetal rivets in various dimensions, materials and surfaces for a wide range of industries and applications.

High-current applications

For years, stamped parts and products using hybrid technology from Nesper have proven successful for high-current applications. Please contact us to find a suitable solution for your individual requirements.
