Prototypes
Nesper produces prototypes precisely and quickly according to your requirements. Our rapid prototyping gives you the security to thoroughly test the application you have developed. By testing a new design in a version that is as close to series production as possible, insights can be gained at an early stage. This means that disruptive influences are eliminated in good time before high costs arise for later adjustments in the series.
Development support
If necessary, our project management and design team will actively support you in your development work. This means we pay explicit attention to your product requirements and their optimal integration into the subsequent manufacturing processes. Quotation dialogue
Successful development begins at the very beginning of the collaboration: After an initial review of the documents you have submitted, we enter into a dialogue and advise you on the product design and definition of your items. In the next step, the exact requirements are determined and transferred to a strip layout. This already provides the opportunity to check feasibility and optimization potential. Our offers are then made, taking all specific requirements into account.

Product level
As part of our engineering approach, assembly, and testing processes are integrated into our production lines. At Nesper, the focus is on complex components, which we perfect by combining new technologies and proven manufacturing options.

Tool and equipment construction
High-performance internal toolmaking is the basis for our successful production. The department’s experts develop customer-specific tools and other technical peripherals. By high-performance, we mean low error tolerances, high dimensional accuracy, short processing times, and efficient maintenance of the equipment and tools.

Series production
As your quality supplier, we do not rely solely on the material test certificate when we receive the material, but rather carry out our own spectral analysis.Every time we receive goods, we also make sure that the delivery meets the desired requirements. Connecting our production systems with our customers’ processes is also part of a comprehensive approach.
