To give you a competitive edge, we realize cost-effective complete solutions under one roof and from a single source: from precise stamped parts in large series to complex assemblies.

Toolmaking

Imaginatively and goal-oriented, we produce high-performance punching and forming tools, as well as tools for our in-house rivet production. We also plan complete production systems for automation applications in-house. Thanks to consistent data integration, complex shapes with short throughput times can be realized on state-of-the-art machining centers using wire or sinker erosion and on our profile grinding systems.

Stamping technology

We draw our performance from 50 automatic punching machines with press forces of 100-2,500 kN; material thicknesses from 0.04 mm to 5 mm can be processed. We process non-ferrous metals, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum in our company. If necessary, we can provide an inline 100% test and inline cleaning for your project. In addition to bulk and reel goods, we have been using various automated packaging concepts for years, such as carrier trays, blister belts, magazines, or tubes

Assembly technology and automation

Complex feeding solutions, including rivets, ceramic pins, and thermal cut contacts in conjunction with cutting, bending, and forming processes, can be implemented. Fully automated testing using 100% camera monitoring and inline cleaning as well as subsequent packaging are optionally available. Inline joining techniques using punch stacking, resistance or laser welding can also be implemented in a process-integrated manner .

Plastic hybrid technology

Equipped with rotary table machines, reel-to-reel systems and workpiece carrier circulation systems, we offer you production options for different quantity requirements. In addition, our system chaining allows production with fully automatic packaging in trays, magazines, blister belts or tubes, including 100% 3D measurement inspection during the ongoing process.

As one of the leading manufacturers of stamped parts, we have a qualified toolmaking department, equipped with the latest technology, which forms the basis for individual yet cost-effective solutions. Our design experts can master any challenge, from simple to highly complex progressive tools. We use state-of-the-art software and machines that enable the precise and efficient production of even small batches. Material selection, hardness and surface finishing guarantee the durability and performance of our tools. Nesper-Cleaning© – Surface technology and finishing

We use our systems, some of which are our own developments, to clean parts on a water-based or with modified alcohol for bulk goods and goods on reels. Depending on the requirements, downstream individual part or strip cleaning systems are used to meet your specifications for everything from residual dirt to bond quality. Our partners for surface finishing are technology specialists and market leaders in Europe and North America.

Specialist for vibratory finishing

Thanks to many years of experience and know-how, we can also offer vibratory finshing for a wide range of workpieces. Vibratory finishing achieves smooth, polished, deburred surfaces. Depending on the requirements and customer wishes, tailor-made solutions can be implemented.
