Where the smallest production tolerances are of the utmost importance, quality can be expressed in figures and measured values, but what we understand by this goes beyond mere numbers.
It all starts with our meticulous incoming materials inspection and is reflected in the precision with which we approach every development, planning and production step. Our equipment for testing in the quality laboratory ranges from spectral analysis on receipt of goods to a computer tomograph and a scanning electron microscope. This enables us to ensure the quality of our products and support customers with analyses.

Because we are firmly convinced that economic strength and environmental protection are not opposites, but the future.
The Nesper plan for progress
Our aim is to achieve independence from fossil fuels for heating requirements and a significant reduction in CO2 emissions per year. Nesper products are already manufactured using a significant proportion of clean energy and recycled materials. We see it as our duty to increase this proportion.

Measure: New PV system – generator output of up to 630kWp, – predicted annual yield: up to approx. 540,000 kWh – corresponds to approx. 20% of the current annual electricity requirement Profit: CO2 savings of ~ 325,000 kg/year

Measure: New construction of geothermal plant – Heat requirement for new construction: completely without fossil fuels – Heat requirement for existing buildings: largely through coupling Profit: Further reduction in fossil fuels and additional reduction in CO2 emissions

Raw materials
Measure: Maximize the use of recycled materials in production; process of continuously increasing and improving recycling rates. Profit: less consumption of primary raw materials and resources
